After completing my apprenticeship as a computer science expert for software development, I began my studies in medical physics. The interest in design and software development, which was already awakened in school, I never lost after the apprenticeship, and so I always worked in this area in addition to my part-time studies. During my studies, I was allowed to get to know the exciting world of interdisciplinary natural sciences, and accordingly, I also looked for topics from the intersection of medicine, physics, and computer science for my final theses. I have written my master's thesis at the Clinic for Radiotherapy and Radiation Oncology of the University Hospital Bonn and would now after my graduation like to go to Norway to gain international experience in an interdisciplinary work environment.
